'Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise'.

A famous saying that has been passed down through many generations and most of us are aware of. But how far do we actually put this into use. Due to a 24-hour work schedule, most of us are not in a position to follow this too often.

Even the ones who work during the day, find it difficult to wake-up early and actually feel nice about it. Maybe knowing the benefits of waking early would help all of us lead a healthier and stress-free life. Though we cannot limit the benefits of waking early, we could look into some that would immediately help us.

Waking-up early benefits:

1.Waking up early is a sure shot way of accomplishing more during the day. You will find time to conserve all your energies and put it to maximum use at work. Since, your main goal of waking early in already accomplished, all your other goals too fall in place. You will definitely find extra time for yourself, which you can utilise to follow your hobby or attend to household chores.

2.Early morning is the right time to perform simple exercises or practice meditation or yoga. This helps in improving your body functions and makes you feel chirpy and bright throughout the day. You will find time for an early morning workout or a brisk walk, which offers other health benefits too.

3.Your daily battles with life are minimised to a greater extent when you wake up early. Since you have an hour or couple extra to spare, you can use it to get ready peacefully and leave the house a little earlier. This way you don't have to worry about traffic jams either!

4.You can prepare your food for the day. Be it breakfast and lunch. This way you'll be eating healthy and tasty food.

5.Waking early makes you sleepy by the end of the day. So, you sleep more soundly during the night. This also helps you set your biological clock so that you won't have any problems to wake up early again next morning.

These are just some points that can be put down in writing as benefits of waking early. However, only practice makes you perfect. Start waking up early and you will be definitely amazed to see how many things fall into routine and also channelize your life towards success.
