How To Get In Shape While Simultaneously Saving Mother Earth ?

How to get in shape while simultaneously saving mother Earth ?
Here is an easy and effective way to get in shape while simultaneously saving Mother Earth. All that you got to do is make certain lifestyle changes in the new year.

According to the Environmental News Network, the report contains seven suggestions for achieving this end.

1. One of them is quitting the gym and stopping driving to reach the health club. The reason cited for this is that a majority of people usually stop exercising after a month of two because they do not find it to be fun. The recommends that people instead try getting outside on foot rather than driving to the gym, as that will help reduce the consumption of fuel and electricity.

2. Avoidance of buying home exercise equipment is the second suggestion, with the CDC report saying that 40 per cent of such equipment are not used. The report says that people should instead save their money for other things, and keep their carbon footprint low by exercising outside.

3. Thirdly, people should better use their legs and get some cardio if their trip is less than a five-minute drive.

4. Plant trees as being outdoors would give people a good workout, and they will create more oxygen for Mother Earth.

5. Fifthly, the report recommends joining the composting club, as activities like dirt-digging and garbage-clearing not only help the environment but build muscles also.

6. The use of electric bikes, also known as optibikes, finds a mention on the sixth place. Such bikes are fastest ways to get fit and lower the amount of pollution.

7. Finally, the report recommends "starting a ride to work club". All that this phrase means is that the members of a club should collectively decide whether they would like to ride their bikes to work, or go the old-fashioned route of carpooling.

Wasn't that 'easy to achieve' task costing nothing at all? So why wait, make it your New Year's first resolution. AGENCIES
