The first one is papaya. Researchers have found that papaya can prevent yeast infections. Since it contains loads of vitamin C, it is very good in warding off infections. Papaya seeds and leaves also ward off yeast infections. So, make sure to include these in your diet to prevent yeast infections.
2. Corainder:
Coriander in the form of leaves, seeds or oil has been found to prevent yeast infections. Coriander is rich in fibre and is a good source of manganese, magnesium, iron and copper. All these ingredients have been found to treat yeast infection.
3. Oregano:
Oregano has been found to treat not only bacterial infections, but fungal infections as well. It has been found to prevent yeast infections successfully. Add a few drops of oregano oil to your bath and relax in it. You will never become a victim of yeast infections.
4. Cheese:
Here is good news for people who like to eat cheese. Cheese has been found to prevent yeast infections. Hence snack on any kind of cheese and stay free from yeast infections.
5. Virgin Coconut Oil:
Virgin coconut oil has been found to prevent yeast infections. Go for virgin coconut oil instead of refined coconut oil as virgin coconut oil has been found to contain all the antioxidants, minerals and vitamins that are lost when coconut oil is refined. Have a tablespoon of it daily or you can cook your food in it.
