90 per cent of the population tends to drink caffeine drinks soon after they wake up. Too much caffeine in the body can make your skin dry and parched. However, before you drink coffee/tea, you should drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up. Drinking water and then having your coffee does not affect your skin directly. However, it is always good to skip the habit of drinking coffee. Drinking water as an alternative to coffee is always the best.
2. Take Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is a magical ingredient that not only benefits your body but also affects your skin and hair. You should take 1-2 spoons of apple cider vinegar and mix it with a glass of warm water and drink it every morning. Apple cider vinegar is best to be taken by people who often experience stomach bloating. Apple cider vinegar is loaded with helpful enzymes that help to break down the complex carbs and fats in the body. So, avoid consuming other sugary products to curb bloating.
3. Avoid High-GI Carbs Food
You should make sure that you avoid taking high-GI carbs food, as they contain a large amount of sugar in it. Due to the presence of sugar in the biscuits and cakes, it triggers the insulin in the body, thus damaging the capacity of the body to produce collagen. People who often consume a high amount of high-GI carbs food always end up getting dry and lifeless skin. Consuming these foods can also lead to an appearance of wrinkles on the face.
4. Include More Of Zinc
Don't forget to include zinc in your diet, as it is the most important element that is required by the body. Zinc helps the glands of the body to boost the production of oil, which keeps your skin moisturised and hydrated. An appropriate amount of zinc in the body can help to repair damaged skin, thus keeping your skin supple and soft.
5. Consume More Of Omega-3 Fatty Acids
Omega-3 fatty acids are an essential compound required by the body to get healthy skin and hair. These good fats encourage the body to produce anti-inflammatory compounds that can benefit your skin. In order to get the right amount of omega-3 fatty acids, you should include more of flax seeds and fish in your diet.
6. Stop Consuming Junk Food For Breakfast
In the morning, most of us are in a hurry and in order to save some time, we end up consuming junk foods, including a chocolate pastry and a cheese-loaded burger. You should avoid consuming junk food, as it affects your body in several ways. Consuming junk foods does not provide you with energy, in fact, it is solely responsible for the fat accumulation in the body. Never ever start your breakfast with junk foods, as they can lead to early ageing signs on face.
7. Artificial Juices
Juices are healthy but only if it is extracted from real fruits. You should never start your day with sugar-loaded or artificial juices, as they contain a high amount of sugar that leaves your body dehydrated. Because the amount of sugar in the juice is really high, it can trigger up the level of insulin, thus leading to the appearance of acne on the face.
