- Oats - 4 spoons
- Moong dal - 2 spoons
- Green peas - ¼th cup
- Green chilli - 1
- Water - 2 cups

Soak the split moong dal in half a cup of water for 30 minutes to 1 hour. You can also soak and keep this in the refrigerator overnight and wash it off with water before using. Heat 2 cups of water and add the soaked moong dal and green peas in it.
