Pizza is unhealthy in general, that is a fact. However, it can be extremely dangerous for people with hypertension, as it is high on fat, starch and salt content.
4. Pickle
Although, pickle adds taste to your food, it can be very unhealthy for people with high blood pressure, as it contains high amounts of sodium.
5. Mayonnaise
This popular dip is tasty, but can be very dangerous, especially for people suffering from high BP, as it contains excess fat and salt.
6. Chinese Food
Noodles, manchurians, etc., must completely be avoided, if you have high BP, as these foods contain a lot of salt and MSG content.
7. Red Meat
Red meat is very high in trans fat content, that can narrow down your blood vessles, making high BP symptoms worse.
