Anyway, I think fruits are delicious, nutritious and beautiful to look at also. They are loaded with vitamins, minerals and fibres and work wonders for our body.

Having fruits is a very healthy habit, it keeps you safe from many diseases, gives you an excellent option apart from the junk and unhealthy snacks, helps you in managing your weight, etc.

Most of the dietitians vouch to eating fruits as the first thing in the morning after you've had a glass of water.

Fruits can also be had on an empty stomach before meals, and you should keep a minimum difference of at least 45 minutes before eating something else.

The reason for doing this is when fruits are eaten on an empty stomach, your stomach can easily process all of the nutrients, fibre and the simple sugars of the fruit. Hence, this is the 'best way' to derive all the benefits from the fruit you eat.
