Avoid dairy products, grains and sugary substances. Imagine that you are a caveman. A caveman never walks into a candy store or a coffee shop, right?
Cavemen predominantly lived on meat. Chicken, eggs, goat, lamb, fish and other types of seafood should be your staple foods. Find simple ways to cook your meat.
When it comes to vegetables, choose carrots, kale, broccoli, spinach, cauliflower, cabbage, onions etc.
Avoid Unhealthy Carbs
Avoid bread, rice pasta and all other processed foods. Unhealthy carbohydrates are the main reason for obesity. You can get your carbs from fruits and vegetables.
Strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, watermelon, avocado, apples etc are some choices of fruits you can eat regularly.
Nuts like walnuts, almonds, Brazil nuts offer lots of nutrients
