Fruits You Should Eat Everyday
Time and again we have heard about the benefits of eating fruits everyday. Not only are they rich in vitamins and minerals, they are a great source of roughage as well. If you want to remain healthy and lead a disease-free life, you should include fruits in your daily diet. They are also good for your skin and keep you looking beautiful and young for a long period of time.
The first fruit that you should include in your diet is the mango. The mango, also known as the king of fruits is full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Mangoes have vitamins A and E and selenium that help to guard against heart problems along with other diseases, like colon and cervical cancer.

It is rich in potassium, which helps to modulate blood pressure levels, muscle contraction and helps in proper body maintenance. Mangoes are high in iron content and as such are valuable to people with anaemia and women who are pregnant. The vitamin E in mangoes helps to maintain a balance in the hormones in the body.
Another health advantage of eating mangoes is that it is high in antioxidants. Hence, it has strong anticancer effects on the human body. Mangoes contain an enzyme that treat acidity and poor digestion and also soothe the stomach.
Due to the high amount of fibre found in mangoes, it helps in preventing constipation. The fibre present in mangoes helps to safeguard against specific types of cancer, high blood pressure and high levels of cholesterol, and even some degenerative diseases, particularly those concerning the heart.

You should include apples in your diet everyday.
