Mix a teaspoon of honey with a teaspoon of sesame seeds and consume the mixture. Do this 3 times a day. You can try this from a week before your actual monthly cycle date.

Ginger

Consume a small piece of ginger mixed with a spoon of honey. Try this in the morning to prepone your period.

Pineapple
