You can hydrate your body even by eating certain foods. Hydration plays an important role in many bodily functions like controlling your blood pressure and temperature. Also, water helps in the process of detoxification and it also helps your system absorb nutrients. So, without water, survival is impossible.

The best way to accomplish this is by eating certain vegetables or fruits that contain water content in them. Such foods can easily replenish electrolytes in your system. In fact, most of the fruits and even vegetables come with certain amount of water. Make them your favourite snacks and you may never suffer dehydration.

So, apart from drinking water on regular intervals, make it a point to consume hydrating fruits and vegetables that contribute water along with nutrients. This way, you can also provide your body with various minerals.

For example, some leafy greens that contain water in them provide you with minerals, fibre and antioxidants too. They promote digestion and also hydrate you in the process.
