Everyone requires a balanced diet and almost everyone struggles with cooking up ways to get all nutrients in one day. But, most of us fail due to lack of knowledge about the amount and quantity of nutrients required by our body to meet its needs sufficiently.
It is important that we eat food in a way that it does not lead to the deficiency of a certain nutrient. In order to device a plan to meet the needs of the body, it is essential to first understand and know the amount actually needed by our body to function at optimum levels.

Human body requires a certain quantity or amount of following nutrients everyday depending on the amount of physical or mental labour pooled in by a person daily. These nutrients are: Fats (Saturated and unsaturated), Proteins , Carbohydrates, Fibre, Vitamins and minerals.
A balanced diet is not only the way to get all nutrients in one day but also to provide sufficient energy to carry out every possible function of the body ranging from muscle building to digestion. Also, they are essential for building a defence mechanism for the body to fight off diseases and illnesses by creating a strong set of antibodies.
However, the question still stands, “How to get all your nutrients in one day?”
Well, the answer is simple if you know what to eat to get all the above mentioned nutrients in the day.
Nutrients To Be Consumed In Breakfast
The breakfast is one of the most essential meals of the day and should never be skipped at any cost. It is the meal that gives to sufficient energy to carry out the day’s task with optimum efficiency. Hence, it needs to be balanced to help you function the whole day.
Add cereals or porridge and fruits to your breakfast to add nutrition to it. Porridge and cereals are made of all the necessary nutrients to help in the muscle and tissue building process.
Also, finish your breakfast with a glass of milk to assist your bones to remain strong for a longer period. Add healthy amounts of potassium, iron and vitamin D to help absorb calcium in the bones and increase the haemoglobin levels of the blood.
