Foods that contain sugar are not always desserts. You think that if you skip pudding after dinner, you have avoided all the calories and sugar? Think again. Foods that are deceptively high in sugar are thus more dangerous than the foods that we know are high on gluten. If you do not know that these foods are fattening or sweet, how would you actually avoid them. The worst part is that some of the foods that contain sugar in a hidden way are considered health foods.
Breakfast cereals and health drinks for example are eaten with the intention of maintaining a healthy diet. But even these foods contain loads of added sugar and people do not always know about it. Packaged Fruit Juice
Only fresh juices with no added sugars are healthy for you. If you are drinking ready-made packaged fruit juice, then you are swallowing calories.
