A minor inflammation in the brain can give you sharp and unbearable headaches. The cure for such headaches is relatively simple. If you have a weakness for seafood then you must simply indulge yourself with lots of salmon, tuna, mackerel etc. Seafood is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids that helps reduce brain inflammation. So the next time you have a headache, eat seafoods.
