Garlic is known for its antibiotic properties. It helps in fighting against bacteria. Consuming two raw garlic cloves in the morning on an empty stomach helps to get rid of breast infection.
2. Aloe Vera:
Aloe vera is known for its cooling effect. Take a piece of aloe vera, extract the gel and apply it on the affected area. Once it dries, wash it off with lukewarm water and pat dry. Do this 2-3 times a day; it helps in reducing the inflammation and the pain caused due to infection.
3. Apple Cider Vinegar:
Apple cider vinegar is known for its anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties. Take a glass of water, add one tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar and a bit of honey to it and then drink it 2-3 times a day. It helps.
4. Hot & Cold Compress:
Take a hot water bag, wrap it around with a thin towel and then place it on the infected breast; keep it for about 10 minutes. Remove it and then place a cold compress made using ice pack wrapped in a towel. Keep it for about 5 minutes and then remove it. Do this 4-5 times. It helps reduce the swelling, inflammation and the pain.
5. Cabbage Leaves:
The sulphur compound contained in cabbage leaves helps in reducing breast inflammation. Take a few cabbage leaves and place them in the refrigerator for sometime. Take it out and then place in on the affected breast. Remove it and then place another leaf. Do this for a few times every day till the symptoms subside.
6. Warm Shower:
Taking a warm shower helps in removing the fungal infection and softens the breast as well.
Fenugreek is known to reduce the inflammation caused due to infection. Take about a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds, boil them and then drink it in the form of tea at least twice a day till the symptoms fade away.
