The process is simple to follow because all you need to do is blend a few different fruits or vegetables and consume the juice to manage the symptoms of an ailment.

Here are such juice cures for several minor health issues that most of us face. But consult a doctor before trying any of these remedies.
Take a blender and add half cup of celery, 2 carrots (chopped) a grapefruit, an orange, half onion and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice. Add 2 cups of water and blend them well. Drink it immediately to get relief from sinus issues.
Pulp an avocado, chop a carrot and add them to a blender along with a handful of seedless cherries. You can also add some coriander leaves. Blend them after adding a glass of water.
To find relief from constipation, chop a beetroot, a banana and an apple and add the pieces to a blender. Add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and a glass of water. Blend it well and consume it in the morning.

Add a grapefruit, a small piece of ginger, a glass of watermelon juice to a blender and consume the mixture after waking up to soothe hangover symptoms.
Add half a cup of spinach, a chopped banana, a chopped apple and avocado pulp to a blender along with a glass of water and drink the juice.
Chop an apple (green apple), a small piece of ginger and add them to the blender along with a pinch of turmeric powder, celery and 2 tablespoons of coconut water along with a cup of water. Blend it well and consume it thrice a day to get some relief from cold.
Add a glass of water, some parsley leaves, a tomato and an apricot to the blender and blend them well. Drink it to treat eyes issues.
