1. Amla Juice:
Amla is rich in antioxidants and vitamin C. Drinking amla juice twice a day helps in maintaining good eyesight.
2. Rose Petal Juice:
Take a few rose petals and then extract its juice. Apply this juice externally as well as internally. This helps in preventing vision loss and maintaining good eyesight.
3. Pepper Powder & Honey:
Add a pinch of black pepper powder to a tablespoon of honey and have this once a day. It helps in improving eyesight.
4. Mustard Oil Massage:
Take a few drops of mustard oil and massage the soles of your feet with it everyday before going to sleep. This helps in improving our eyesight. You could also use mustard oil to massage your eyes before sleeping; this helps in maintaining good eyesight.
5. Licorice & Milk:
Take half a teaspoon of licorice powder, add it to a glass of lukewarm milk along with a teaspoon of honey and have this at night before going to bed for about two months. This will help in maintaining good eyesight.
6. Fennel Leaves:
Take a few fennel leaves and some water; boil them well until the water reduces to half. Allow it to cool down and splash this water on your eyes everyday. This helps in preventing bad eyesight.
7. Cardamom & Honey:
Take about 2-3 cardamoms and grind the seeds; mix this along with a teaspoon of honey and a glass of lukewarm milk. Drink this before going to sleep. This helps in preventing bad eyesight.
Take one teaspoon of triphala powder, mix it along with a teaspoon of honey and then have it before going to bed. This provides relief from eye strain and maintains good eyesight.
