Honey:

Ginger:
Ginger is famous as a good medicine for indigestion. With its antifungal and antibacterial properties, ginger can act on the cause of loose motion. Add half a teaspoon of dry ginger powder to buttermilk and drink it three to four times in a day.
Raw Papaya:
In India, papaya is easily available during summer. Raw papaya can be used as a home remedy for loose motion. Just grate a raw papaya and add three cups of water. Boil it. Strain the water and drink it after sometime.
Buttermilk:
In India, buttermilk is considered to be a healthy drink. The acid in this drink can soothe your digestive system. Adding some salt, jeera, pinch of turmeric and black pepper to the buttermilk will make it more effective. Consume this at least two to three times in a day.
Fenugreek Seeds:
Fenugreek seeds or methi come with tons of antibacterial and antifungal properties. It is one of the effective home remedies for loose motion. Grind 2-3 tsp of fenugreek seeds into powder. Add it to a glass of water. Drink it early in the morning for better results.
