Turmeric Juice Cures Depression?

Recipe To Prepare The Depression Juice:
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 1 glass
- Lemons - 2
- Turmeric powder - 1 tablespoon
- Tamarind paste - 1 tablespoon
Preparation:
- Add the turmeric in water. Boil the turmeric water for 20 minutes. When done, remove it from the stove and strain the healthy yellow water.
- In a mixer, put together the turmeric water and tamarind paste.
- Add to the mixer some lemon juice as well.
- Blend the content together for about 5 minutes.
- Your healthy turmeric juice is now ready to be consumed.
If your depression levels are extremely low, make sure you drink this healthy juice twice in a day. In some cases, if you consume this drink often, there will be no need for you to consume antidepressant pills too.
