1.Add about a cup of apple cider vinegar to a tub filled with warm water. Also add a bit of sea salt to it.
2.Sit in the tub with your vaginal area soaked in the tub for about 10 minutes.

Cleaning the vaginal region with apple cider vinegar diluted in water helps in preventing the yeast infection and in maintaining the pH level balance.
1.Soak a clean cloth in a solution of apple cider vinegar diluted in water.
2.Squeeze the excess water and place the cloth on the vagina.
3.Keep it for about 10-15 minutes and then remove the cloth.
