Mustard oil is one of the best options for treating stiff neck. Take a bit of mustard oil, make it warm and then apply it over the affected area.
Take a clean towel, wrap a few ice cubes in it and then place the compress over the stiff neck area. Keep it for about 10 minutes and then remove it. Keep doing this 5-6 times a day. It helps in getting rid of the pain as well as the stiffness.
