9 Effective Home Remedies For Sinus
Sinusitis or a sinus infection, medically termed rhinosinusitis, is an inflammation or swelling of the nasal cavity. It is usually caused by a virus, but in some cases, it can also occur due to bacteria or fungus. Sinus can be acute or chronic.
Headache, blocked nose, discharge from the nose, cough, postnasal drainage, pain, tenderness, swelling around the eyes, cheeks, nose or forehead and a reduced sense of smell and taste are some of the signs and symptoms of sinus.

1. Nasal irrigation
Nasal irrigation is a process of gently flushing out your nasal passages with the help of salt water solution. This can help keep your nasal passages moist, lower inflammation and relieve nasal congestion [1].

bottle.

tsp

salt
and

tsp
of
baking
soda

ml

water.

breathe
in
the
steam.

close

three

seven
drops
of
lavender
essential
oil.

Cover

head
and
bowl
with

towel

steam

no
more
than
two
minutes
at
a
time.
