Ingredients:

chamomile
buds
1
teaspoon
of
lavender
buds
1
cup
of
hot
water
1
teaspoon
of
honey
(optional)
Method Of Preparation:
Put the chamomile and lavender buds in a cup. Then, pour hot water in it. Let the buds steep in hot water for about 15-20 minutes. Then use a strainer to remove the buds. Add a teaspoon of honey for taste.
Drinking this tea before sleep will promote relaxation and slow the activity of your nervous system. In other words, it will help you sleep like a baby.
