Take about two grams of pepper powder and one teaspoon of honey. Mix it and have it twice a day regularly. This helps in preventing fatty liver disease.
3. Guduchi Powder:
Since ancient times guduchi has been used to detoxify the liver. Take about two grams of guduchi powder and add about two grams of musta powder. Mix it and have this with warm water once a day.
Turmeric is known for its antioxidant properties and has been used widely for the detoxification of the liver. Take about two grams of turmeric, mix it along with two teaspoons of amalaki juice and have it once or twice a day.
Arjuna is one of the well known ayurvedic herbs which helps in detoxifying the liver and keeping it healthy. It also protects the heart and helps build up the immunity level.
Cinnamon is rich in antioxidants and helps remove the toxins from the liver. Take a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and add it to a cup of water and boil it for a few seconds. Leave it for sometime to cool, strain it and drink about two cups of it a day.
Take a teaspoon of amla powder along with water everyday in the morning. This helps remove all the toxins and prevents fat accumulation in the liver.
A major ayurvedic ingredient, licorice is known and being used since the ancient times to treat liver-related diseases. Take a teaspoon of licorice powder, add it in boiling water, let it cool for a while, strain it and drink the water. This helps prevent fatty liver.
