1. Mixture Of Sesame Seeds, Flax Seeds & Honey:
Add a tablespoon of sesame seeds, flax seeds and honey each, add a pinch of salt, mix it with water. Consume this twice in a day. It helps in reducing the inflammation.
2. Mixture Of Black Tea & Fenugreek Seeds:
Add about two teaspoons of fenugreek powder in a cup of black tea, mix it well. Add sugar if needed and then drink this mixture once in a day. This helps treat pneumonia in those having it.
3. Basil Leaves Juice:
Take a few basil leaves, crush them and extract the juice. Add some black pepper and have it once in six hours. It is effective in treating pneumonia.
4. Mint Leaves:
Take a few mint leaves, crush them and extract the juice. Mix it with a tablespoon of honey and have it at regular intervals of 2-3 hours.
5. Triphala & Ashwagandha:
Adding triphala, ashwaganda, along with some grated ginger and cinnamon to the food and consuming it helps in treating pneumonia.
6. Garlic Paste:
Garlic helps to bring down the body temperature, and is effective in case of pneumonia. Take few garlic cloves, crush it and prepare a paste. Apply it externally on the chest.
7. Cloves & Black Pepper:
Take about 5-6 pieces of clove and black pepper and about 1 gram of soda to a glass of water and then boil it well. Consume this mixture 1-2 times in a day. This helps in providing relief and treat pneumonia effectively.
