Most of us have experienced cold during other seasons but it can also occur in summer. So, how to prevent summer cold?
Some of us wonder how can one suffer from cold even in summer? Well, the reason behind cold is virus, not the climatic conditions, right?
When you want to enjoy the warm summers, if cold makes you sit at home, you will be annoyed. A runny nose, fever, sneezing, headache, watery eyes, cough and sore throat are some of its symptoms.
It is better to prevent cold; if you are already suffering from it then the first thing to do is to strengthen your immune system.
It is important to eat healthy and natural foods to ensure a speedy recovery from cold. Also, it is better to consult a doctor to get yourself treated.

Whenever the micro-organisms are able to spread from one person to another, cold can occur irrespective the prevailing season or climate.
Public Places
As soon as you come home from a public place like a shopping mall, movie theatre or office, ensure that you wash your hands thoroughly.

Consume citrus fruits to provide your body with Vitamin C. You can also consume a papaya. This is one of the remedies for summer cold.
