Cold is a very tormenting illness because not does it result in runny noses and fever, but the cold also has bad body pain which sometimes becomes intolerable.

You may try this at any time of the day and it does not have any side effects as such. All you have to do is fill the rubber bag with hot water and keep it on the problem area for some time. Relax and Meditate - To release pain you must be relaxed. To relax yourself listen to music, exercise, dance or do anything that you are fond of.
