This diet mainly revolves around eating only eggs, vegetables and fruits. If you are a non-vegetarian, you may also add chicken to this diet plan.

But you need to drink sufficient amounts of water. It helps you remain hydrated and also flushes toxins. Also, when you drink enough water, your cravings can be easily controlled. During this diet routine, no soda, sugar product, or salty snack should be consumed.

Day 1

Eat 2 boiled eggs and a fruit for breakfast. For lunch, eat 2 slices of brown bread. Your dinner can be a salad and cooked chicken/2 eggs.

Day 2

Day 2

Eat a couple of boiled eggs and a fruit for breakfast. In the noon, take a small piece of low-fat cheese, a tomato and brown bread (1 slice). For dinner eat 2 boiled eggs along with a salad.

Day 3

Day 3

Eat 2 boiled eggs and a fruit for breakfast. Your lunch should be green salad and with an egg. And the night's meal can be salad, 2 boiled eggs and a glass of orange juice.

Day 4

Eat 2 boiled eggs and a fruit for breakfast.
In the noon, eat 2 more boiled eggs along with streamed vegetables. In the night, eat a salad along with fish.

Day 5

Day 5

Eat 2 boiled eggs and a fruit for breakfast. Eat fruits for lunch. For dinner, eat salad with boiled eggs. Or else, eat steamed chicken along with the salad.

Eat 2 boiled eggs and a fruit for breakfast. Your lunch should consist of a tomato, a salad, a green juice and chicken. Dinner can be an egg along with steamed vegetables.

Eat 2 boiled eggs and a fruit for breakfast. Your lunch can be fruits. And dinner can be a boiled egg, a salad and a piece of chicken along with orange juice.
