Ingredients Required:

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 cup of diced carrots and bell peppers
  • 1 tsp of ginger & garlic paste
  • ½ tsp of garam masala powder
  • ½ tsp of chaat masala powder
  • ½ tsp of chilli powder
  • 1 or 2 boiled and mashed potatoes
  • Curd
  • Tangy or sweet chutney
  • Fried crushed corn and coriander strands for garnish

Method Of Preparation:

  • Dry roast the oats.
  • Add all the masalas, chilli powder and ginger & garlic paste to it.
  • Now, add the carrots, bell peppers and mashed potatoes to it.
  • Form the mixture into small tikkis.
  • Now, shallow fry or grill the tikkis on a tawa.
  • Sprinkle a spoon of curd along with some tangy and sweet chutney.
  • Garnish it with some lightly fried crushed corns and coriander strands.
