Simply, hold dumbbells in your hands and bend a bit. Hold that position and again go back to standing position. Repeat this action several times. You can do this with a barbell too.

Step Ups
This is one of the easiest butt workouts for men. This can be done anywhere. You just need a platform to do it. Put your leg on the step and climb on to it using the raised leg and your bum. This exercise is good for your core muscles.
Do this workout using both your legs. You just need to step up and down on that platform using it as a step. If you can catch a weight or a dumbbell in your hands and do this workout, you will be able to add some intensity to it.

Butt Squeeze
You can do this workout anywhere. To do this exercise, you just need to stand and squeeze your butt and hold that position for a few seconds and then release. Just repeat the same steps a few more times.

Leg Abductions
To perform this workout, just stand straight. Keep your feet shoulder width apart. Raise one of your legs towards the side. Hold the position and balance for a few seconds. Now, repeat with the other leg. This is one of the butt exercises for men.
