How To Warm Up Before Exercise
Do you know how to warm up? Well, many people neglect this process but it is very important to prepare your body for the workout as it may get injured in the process if you don't handle it well. Generally, we are interested in the interesting aspects of the workout. We would love to lift the weights first but it is dangerous to skip the warming up session.

Walking
Before
you
start
your
workout,
just
walk
for
a
few
steps.
This
helps
a
lot
in
getting
ready
for
the
whole
process
of
taking
up
intense
physical
activity.
Twist,
Rotate
And
Stretch
The
main
aim
of
this
step
is
to
loosen
and
stretch
your
body
parts
in
a
soft
way.

your
legs
to
your
hands,
try

stretch
all

parts
gently.
Rotate
your
hands
and
wrists
gently.
Also,
rotate
your
waist
gently
clockwise
once
and
anticlockwise
once.
On-the-spot
Jogging
For
a
couple
of
minutes,
start
jogging
on
the
spot
without
moving
further.
This
will
start
pumping
your
heart
into
activity.
Jumping
Jacks
Do
you

how
to
warm
up
before

run?
Perform
at
least
25
repetitions
of
jumping
jacks.
They
will
prepare
your
body
by
heating
up
your
system.
Jump
higher
and

energetically

squats.

will
warm
your
legs
and

ready
