How To Get Ready For Summer Workouts
When you are preparing for summer workouts, you must be very careful. Your body must be able to take the heat of the climate and the intensity of your workouts.
If you carelessly go ahead, further complications may arise. When you are working out in extreme temperatures, you should be aware of certain heat related health issues that may crop up.
Ignoring them may lead to an emergency. In case of muscle cramps or unexplained headaches or fatigue or excessive sweating, you might need to stop your workouts till your body gets used to bearing the hot climate.

Don't forget to wear sunscreen as your skin gets burnt in the hot sun if at all you are planning to exercises in the outdoors.
