Instead of sugar, use honey
If possible, you can gradually eliminate sugar and replace it with honey. Honey is one of the healthy food substitutes and is also a natural sweetening agent.
Use soya oil instead of other oils
Almost all of your recipes need oil. Why use unhealthy options when you have healthier options? The main problem with most of the oils is saturated fat content. Try soya oil which is comparatively better than coconut oil or even mustard oil.
