Raw Vegetables
The best way to bring out your ab muscles is to cut belly fat. And the best way to cut out on belly fat is to eat raw vegetables. Raw vegetables like cabbage, cucumber, onions, carrots and beetroot rarely contains any calories, but they contain loads of nutrients.
Choose Carbs Carefully
It is false that a six pack Indian diet will never work just because it contains carbs. Your body need carbohydrates too. Or else, from where will you get the energy to workout on your abs. Choose complex Indian grains like bajra, jowar and maize. Have small portions of these fibrous carbs every day.
Eggs
Eggs are a complete meal. You need the white portion of the eggs for building six pack abs. Many Indian are eggetarians, thus boiled egg whites can easily be a part of a six pack Indian diet.
Pulses For Vegans
Having vegetarian food doesn't mean that you cannot have your dream body. It is just about choosing the right kind of vegetarian food.
