His six pack abs in Om Shanti Om was the news of the year 2007. Though actors like Hrithik Roshan (Hrithik's Diet Secrets Revealed) and John made girls go gaga over their body, what amazed the young crowd was the fact that a 40+ actor's transformation into a dude. And this is what the actor had to say about his six abs.
Shahrukh Khan's Fitness Secrets -
- In one of the occasions, the actor revealed that he does 100 push ups and 60 pull ups daily to maintain his abs. According to the actor doing push ups and pull ups regularly for month will start showing the results.
- King khan exercises upto four times a week and also uses weights for half an hour. The actor, however, suggests that any exercise that makes one sweat can be followed.
- The celebrity also has a few diet secrets. Shah Rukh Khan eats rice/bread, eats grilled food and drinks lot of water. The actor doesn't drink alcohol and strictly avoids desserts.
- SRK follows a strict diet plan and doesn't eat snacks between meals. He also advises his fans to slowly cut down junk foods and gradually nullify them in their diet.
- Shah Rukh Khan advises a 50 minute exercise and asks his fans to drink at least eight to ten glasses for the body to be well hydrated.
