We witnessed a lot of festive-perfect traditional fashion moments this Diwali 2020. The Hindi film industry divas were decked up in their ethnic best and flaunted gorgeous traditional looks. While some made a strong case for ghararas and shararas, the others raised the fashioned bar with their sarees and lehengas. From Nora Fatehi to Pooja Hegde, here are the divas, who impressed with their fashion game.

Nora Fatehi's Embellished Saree

Nora Fatehi looked drop-dead gorgeous and had the mercury rising in her sequin saree. The actress and dancer wore a Faabiiana saree that was splashed in the shade of yellow and intricately-embellished. The border of her saree was accentuated by an elaborate border and she teamed her saree with a matching sleeveless blouse. With creative direction, set designing, and styling done by Maneka Harisinghani, the actress notched up her style game with a statement multi-layered emerald necklace that came from Goenka India. She accessorised her look with elegant rings from Roopa Vohra Fine Jewellery. The makeup was highlighted by light pink lip shade, dark kohl, and pink eye shadow. The side-swept long wavy tresses completed her ethnic look.

Ananya Panday's Pink Lehenga

Ananya Panday looked stunning in her exquisite pink lehenga that was designed by Anita Dongre. It consisted of an embellished blouse that was accentuated by white-floral patterns and a flared Bandhini skirt. She also draped a complementing dupatta with her ensemble and it was enhanced by white-embroidered patterns. Styled by Ami Patel, the Khaali Peeli actress notched up her look with dazzling earrings and a chic ring. The makeup was light and minimal with a glossy pink lip shade, contoured pink cheekbones, and subtle kohl with pink eye shadow. The side-parted highlighted tresses rounded out her festive look.

Khushi Kapoor's Silk Gharara Set

Janhvi Kapoor's younger sister, Khushi Kapoor was a sight to behold in her vibrant gharara set. She wore a silk-inspired Peshwaz that was royal-blue and featured subtle accents. The sleeves of her ensemble were intricately-embellished with golden threadwork. She teamed her kurta with a quilted sadri jacket and a multi-hued gharara with zari border. The complementing dupatta was adorned with a gold zari border. Her resplendent outfit came from Manish Malhotra's Ruhaniyaat collection. She upped her look with a dazzling choker and elaborate ring from Manish Malhotra Jewellery by Raniwala 1881. The makeup was highlighted by pink lip shade, contoured cheekbones, and subtle kohl. The middle-parted bun completed her traditional look.

Swara Bhasker's Nature-Inspired Lehenga

Swara Bhasker was Diwali-ready in her gorgeous lehenga, which was designed by Rahul Mishra. Her lehenga was accentuated by vibrant nature-inspired accents, which made her lehenga so unique. The Veere Di Wedding actress looked a class apart and she draped a complementing lightweight floral dupatta with her ensemble. Styled by Shreeja Rajgopal, the actress accessorised her look with gemstone-studded earrings, a heavy cocktail ring, light bangles, and striking maangtikka from Amrapali. The makeup was enhanced by light pink lip shade, contoured cheekbones, and smoky kohl. The middle-parted sleek tresses completed her ethnic avatar.

Kajal Aggarwal's Ivory Embroidered Anarkali

Kajal Aggarwal looked amazing as she was ready for Bhai Dooj. She wore an ivory anarkali set, which came from Jade by Monica and Karishma. Her lehenga boasted master craftsmanship and exquisite threadwork. The chikankari full-sleeved ensemble was enhanced by lace-work and floral embroidery. She draped an ivory dupatta with her attire that featured meticulously-crafted lace border. She also paired her ensemble with white-hued palazzo pants with lace accents. Pooja Hegde's Colour-blocked Suit

Pooja Hegde exuded Diwali-glam with her traditional churidaar suit, which was designed by Manish Malhotra. The Housefull 4 actress wore a suit that was splashed in lime-green and lavender hues. The kurta was adorned with intricately-done silver threadwork border and she paired her ensemble with a lavender blouse that was accentuated by an embellished border. She teamed her attire with golden juttis that went well with her look. She upped her look with meticulously-crafted silver danglers that came from Manish Malhotra Jewellery by Raniwala 1881. The makeup was highlighted by contoured cheekbones, pink lip shade, and complementing eye shadow. The middle-parted sleek tresses rounded out her festive avatar.
