Kailash Gundupalli is an Executive Chef of ibis & Novotel hotels. He is a multi-degree holder with Masters in Culinary Management as well as Masters in Business Administration specializing in Marketing from the Georgian University, Canada. With a diverse experience of over 15 years in the hospitality industry, Kailash drew great inspiration from the lively multi-cultural capital and mastered several cuisines. Living in the French dominated region he also developed expertise in the French cuisine and is reputed for his signature Coq au vin and Curry crusted salmon.
