Bitter Gourd Salad Recipe -

Ingredients:

1. 1 cup Bitter Gourd (chopped)

2. 1 onion (finely chopped)

3. 1 cup curds (Yogurt)

4. 1/2 cup fresh coconut (grated)

5. 1 tsp Cumin seeds

6. 1/2 tsp urad dal

7. 1/2 tsp gram dal

8. 1 tsp Dhania powder

9. Dry chillies (red chillies)

10. Asafoetida

11. Oil for frying

12. Salt to taste


Bitter Gourd Salad Recipe Preparation :

1. Heat oil in a pan and fry bitter gourd and onions until golden brown.

2. In a bowl, combine yogurt, fried mixture, salt, dhania powder, coconut and mix well.

3. Fry cumin seeds, red chillies, urad dal, gram dal, asafoetida and season on the salad. Tasty bitter gourd salad ready to savor.

Try replacing bitter gourd salad with fried okra (ladies finger) and the healthy salad tastes best without a doubt.
