Boondi Raita Recipe – Tasty Summer salad For Vasant Navratri

Ingredients:
1. 1 cup Boondi
2. 2 thick curds or yogurt
3. ' tsp garam masala
4. ' tsp chili powder
5. ' cup carrot grated
6. ' cup cucumber chopped
7. Salt according to taste
8. Chopped coriander
9. 1 tsp sugar (optional)

Boondi Raita preparation:

1. In a bowl mix all the above ingredients (except the vegetables and boondi).
2. While serving add the boondi on top of the spicy curds and garnish with vegetables. Tasty summer salad is ready to eat.

Enjoy the delicious yogurt raita with hot rotis or even with Bisi Bele Bath.
