Digestive Churan Recipe - Served For Digestive Problems After Heavy Meal
Ingredients
- 1 tsp carom seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 2 tsp dill seeds
- 1-2 fenugreek seeds
- 1 tsp rock salt
- Pinch of black salt (sanchal)
- Pinch of asafoetida (hing)
- A piece of tamarind
- A piece of jaggery
How To Make Digestive Churans?

Dry
roast
all
the
seeds
in
the
pan.
- Grind them with tamarind, jaggery and salt (without water). Make small balls of the mixture and serve like digestive pills.
- You can even powder the seeds and salt separately and have a teaspoon after meal.
The digestive churan powder can also be mixed with buttermilk and had like jal jeera.
