Vegetable Jhalfrazie Recipe

Ingredients:
3 Cups Boiled Vegetables (Beans, Peas, Potatoes, Carrots, Cauliflower)
2 Onions, Chopped
3 Spring Onions Scallions, Chopped
2 Tomatoes, Pureed
4 Green Chilies, Chopped
1" piece Ginger, Chopped
1tbsp Coriander Leaves, Chopped
"' Cup Tomato Ketchup
1tsp Chili Powder
1tsp Sugar
3tbsp Ghee or Oil
Salt to taste


Method:
Heat Ghee in a kadai, add Onions and fry till they turn to golden brown.

Add Tomato puree, Chilies, Ginger and Coriander and stir for 2 minutes.

Add Tomato Ketchup, Vegetables, Spring Onions, Chili Powder, Sugar, Salt and "' Cup of water and cook for 5 minutes.

Remove to a serving dish and serve hot.
