Tandoori Bharwan Aloo Recipe For Ramadan -

Ingredients:


  1. 4 Potatoes
  2. ' cup green peas
  3. Oil for frying
  4. 2 tsps Khoa
  5. 30 gms Cottage Cheese
  6. Ghee for Tempering
Masala -

  1. 2 tsps Cashewnuts
  2. 2 tsps Cumin powder
  3. 50 gms Sesame seeds
  4. 1' tsps Red Chilli powder
  5. 2 tsps Garam Masala powder
How To Make Tandoori Bharwan Aloo?

1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into halves.
2. Scoop out the centre and boil them.
3. Deep fry the potatoes and roll them on the sesame seeds.
4. In a pan, fry all the masala items and grind them into paste.
5. Stuff the masala with boiled green peas, cottage cheese, khoa and roast it moderately in a tandoor. Tasty Tandoori Bharwan Aloo recipe is ready to serve.
