Spicy Pepper Mushroom Dry Fry Recipe
Mushroom is an all time favourite for kids as well as adults. If you cook this fleshy veggie well, you will certainly enjoy it to the fullest. Adding spice to this dish will draw in a special flavour to your taste buds.
Pepper is one Indian spice which is not too hot when compared to chilli powder. Pepper has a unique flavour which can make your tongue swirl with delight. This mushroom pepper fry recipe is easy to prepare and you can also add capsicum to this dish to enhance the flavours a bit more.
On the other hand, be careful not to over cook the mushroom as it will become a little hard in texture.

All You Need
- Onion- 2 (chopped)
- Mushroom- 1 cup (chopped)
- Garlic- 1tsp
- Pepper- 2 tsp
- Chilli Flakes- 1 tsp
- Capsicum - 1 (chopped)
- Oil - 2tbsp
- Coriander Leaves - handful (chopped)
Procedure
- In a deep pan, fry a little oil. When the oil is hot, add in the chopped garlic and fry well using a flat spoon.
- Now add in the chopped onion to the pan an fry it till it turns pinkish in colour. Add a little salt to the pan and allow it to cook.
- Now add in the sliced capsicum to the pan and saute it.
- Add in the pepper powder and the chilli flakes too.
- Now add to the pan, the chopped mushroom and give it a good stir. Cover it with a lid and allow it to cook over a medium flame.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and give it a final mix. Serve hot.
