- 2 cup of spinach (chopped)
- 3 glasses of buttermilk
- Pinch of asafoetida
- pinch of baking soda
- ' cup gram flour
- 8 tsps of oil
- ' tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
How To Make Ghegho Side Dish?
- Mix besan flour with buttermilk.
- In a frying pan, add oil, asafoetida and chopped spinach and fry for a few minutes.
- Then add baking soda, water and cook until the leaves are soft.
- Stir in the besan buttermilk mixture, turmeric, coriander, red chili powder and salt.
- Cook the spinach curry until thick. Tasty Ghegho ready to serve.
