Gobi
florets-

gms
2.
Green
peas/matar-

gma

Green
chillies-

(chopped)

Turmeric
powder-
1tsp

Red
chilli
powder-
1tsp
6.
Coriander
powder-
½
tsp
7.
Garam
masala-
1tsp
8.
Cumin
seeds-
1tsp
9.
Bay
leaf-
1

Salt-
as
per
taste

Oil-
1tbsp
Procedure
1.
Soak
the
gobi
florets
in
hot
water
for
20-25
minutes.
This
prevents
the
vegetable
from
creating
gas.
Moreover,
soaking
the
flroets
in
hot
water
also
makes
it
easy
to
cook
them.
2.
Heat
oil
in
a
vok.
Season
with
cumin
seeds
and
bay
leaf.
3.
Now
add
the
gobi
and
cook
on
a
medium
flame
for
about
2
minutes.
4.
Add
turmeric
powder
and
salt.
This
will
allow
easy
and
fast
cooking.
5.
Saute
and
cook
for
8-10
minutes
till
the
gobi
becomes
tender
and
looks
brown.
6.
Add
the
green
peas,
green
chillies
and
mix
well.
Cook
for
another
2
minutes.
7.
Now
add
the
red
chilli
powder,
garam
masala
and
coriander
powder.
Cook
for
about
a
minute
and
put
the
vok
off
flame.
