Beans Neeru Palya

INGREDIENTS :

250gms French Beans
e Cup Fresh Coconut, Grated
1 tsp Peppercorns
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 - 2 Green Chilies or Red Chilies
Salt to taste


METHOD :

String the Beans and chop them into 1 inch long pieces. Boil Beans with Salt and keep aside. Grind Coconut, Peppercorns, Cumin Seeds and Chilies to a paste. Add this to the Beans and boil adding 1 Cup of water and Salt.

Serve hot with Rice.
