Neem Rice Recipe - Ugadi Recipe

Ingredients:

1. 1 bowl rice (boiled)
2. A bunch of neem flowers (sundried)
3. 2-3 tsp of ghee
4. ' groundnuts
5. ' tsp pepper powder
6. ' tsp mustard seeds
7. ' tsp cumin seeds
8. ' tsp urad dal
9. ' tsp gram dal
10. Salt as per taste

Neem Rice Preparation:

1.Fry mustard, cumin, urad dal, gram dal, neem flowers and groundnuts with a teaspoon of oil.

2.Mix all the above ingredients with rice and your neem rice recipe is ready.
