Sweet Potato Chapati Recipe, Semi Sweet Indian Bread
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sweet potatoes (peeled, boiled)
- 2-3 green chillies (fried)
- ' tsp cumin seeds
- Pinch of ginger paste
- ' cup chopped onions
- Chopped coriander
- 2 cups Wheat Flour
- Water as per requirement
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsps of Oil
- Ghee for frying
How To Make Sweet Potato Chapati:
- Mash the potatoes well.
- In a mixing bowl, combine potatoes with all the above ingredients (except ghee). Knead well to soft dough.
- Make small balls of the dough and roll it to a thin round.
- Heat the tawa (pan) and fry the chapatis with ghee until the brown spots appear. Tasty sweet potato chapatis are ready to taste.
