Aloo Mutter Chapati Recipe, Tasty Indian Bread -

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup potatoes (boiled)
  2. 1 cup green peas (boiled)
  3. ' tsp garam masala
  4. 2 cups Wheat Flour
  5. Water as per requirement
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 2 tsps of Oil
  8. Ghee for frying

How To Make Aloo Mutter Chapati:

  1. Mash the potatoes and green peas well. Add the mashed mixture with wheat flour, salt, little oil and water to the mixing bowl. Knead well to soft dough.
  2. Make small balls of the dough and roll it to a thin round.
  3. Heat the tawa (pan) and fry the chapatis with ghee until the brown spots appear. Tasty aloo mutter chapatis are ready to serve.
