preparation

Soak
palak
leaves
in
hot
water
for
few
minutes
and
then
drain
with
cold
water.
Chop
it
into
small
pieces

grind

oil
in

pan
and
saute
zeera.
Add
onions
to
it
and
cook
till
it
is
golden
brown.

Add
ginger
and
garlic
paste.

chillies
and
fry

salt
and
amchur
powder.

and
cook

time
until

thick.

Add
fresh
cream
and
lower
the
flame
till
the
desired
consistency
is
reached.
Take
off
the
heat
and
sprinkle
lemon
juice
on
it.

Garnish
with
dried
and
crushed
kasoori
methi.
